BE A ROOM HOST
Want to stay at the retreat house?
One person in your group reserves the room and becomes the Room Host. You and your roommates can decide how to split the room cost.
Every person staying in the house must also purchase her own Retreat Experience Pass. With both a pass and a place in a VIP room, each guest receives the VIP experience: three nights on-site, Friday’s private dinner and VIP session, upgraded retreat materials and goodie bag, and Monday breakfast and coffee. You don’t have to be the Room Host to enjoy VIP.
Coming on your own or looking for roommates? Our private Facebook group will help you connect with other attendees. VIP rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Jenn Jett Barrett
Jenn Jett Barrett is the founder of The Well Summit, a ministry that has spent more than a decade creating experiences of intentional hospitality where women slow down, tell the truth about their lives, and encounter the presence of God. She also serves on the teaching team at Samaritan Church, a small community called to the unseen and undervalued.
Her favorite place to be is across the table from someone over a good meal, asking curious questions and making room for the Holy Spirit to show up. Jenn lives in Northwest Arkansas with her best friend and husband, Rhett.

Melissa Eickenhorst
Melissa Eickenhorst is the co-founder of The Ambition Coalition, a Certified High Performance Coach, speaker, and trainer. For nearly twenty years, she’s led teams in the network marketing industry, helping women grow as leaders and build businesses that create lasting opportunity. A former teacher, Melissa loves making big ideas feel practical- and helping people see what’s possible when they take ownership of their next step.
Her own story has taught her the value of hard work, resilience, and relying on God. Melissa lives in Conroe, Texas, with her husband, Willie, and their children, Nate and Anna.
